Wonderful stay in an authentic chalet, very comfortable and ideally located, far from mass tourism and 20 minutes from La Clusaz and Megève and the diamond area. It gives direct access to the Portes du Mont Blanc ski resort. The loan of a vehicle adapted for the snow is a real plus. Emmanuelle was very welcoming and attentive, we lacked nothing and the snow was there. A true dream of escaping between luxury and trapper spirit. We will gladly come back.

Really great for a group of 10 people, even 12 (which was our case).
Super complete equipment, endless spaces (everyone finds their "little corner";-), perfect welcome, thank you!
And the sauna... In November, what a pleasure! (especially with the stream right next to it, well stocked with fresh water for the shower!)
Departure from the chalet for many 1/2 day or full day hikes.
Don't hesitate, I recommend!!

Pure bliss!! We have rarely found such a place, a unique experience!
The chalet sits proudly in the mountain, surrounded by fir trees. Summer or winter, this place is an enchantment!
Everything is done by the charming owners, so that we have a dream stay! A gourmet welcome basket, thank you again... basic necessities available, a CanAm all-terrain vehicle to facilitate access if needed, a terrace with a magnificent view, perfectly furnished, movies in the cinema corner, wood and so much more! We are too spoiled at our guests' place!!
In addition, from the chalet there are superb hikes and skiing in winter with the lower slope. And even a torrent to cool off in the summer!
Finally, total happiness at Chalet Philomena!!

Fabulous chalet - the perfect mix of rustic authenticity and mod cons. Emmanuelle and Thomas have succeeded in creating that rare mix of a luxury chalet in a completely rural setting. The warmth and generosity of the owners and their evident pleasure in opening their home to guests and sharing their pleasure in the area was a delight. Everything had been thought of to create a seamless holiday from the welcome package and advice on activities to regular updates during our stay on local events. Lots to do in the area with many local walks with fabulous views over the local mountains and beyond towards Mont Blanc and very different experiences depending on whether you descended down the gorge towards the Megeve valley, or over the col to La Clusaz. Highly recommend!

With stunning views of the mountains, Chalet PHILOMENA is a modern and cosy establishment, with rooms furnished in a typical Alpine style. In the living room, in front of the crackling fireplace, enjoy a creamy chocolate or an excellent glass of wine. The warmth of the wood, its duvets, blankets, attention to detail and tasty cuisine will make your stay a total success. We rented chalet Philomena for a week last July and had a great time. It is very well equipped and the view all around is spectacular. The contact with the hosts was excellent from the booking itself until the time of our departure. We also received good advice on activities during our stay. Great stay for 4 couples with 4 babies The chalet is very beautiful, with a huge living room. The view is magnificent, surrounded by nature, perfectly quiet. The kitchen is very well equipped, the rooms are comfortable, there are many little things that enhance the stay: BD, games, bluetooth speaker, TV corner with lots of DVDs, ...

A unique place! The area is beautiful, the chalet superbly restored. The 6 bedrooms are spacious and the isolation is a real plus. The owners are very professional. We came as a family and the children went sledding and walks in the snow. The living room is very large. A nugget 💫💫💫💫
